With over eight books already published by TES participants, The Empowering Story is more than a program. It's a movement of survivor-led healing, proving that when we own our story, we change what it means to us — and often, to others too.

When I’m not coaching, dancing, or speaking about healing, you’ll probably find me traveling, enjoying great food, or (without realizing it) analyzing people’s movement patterns. I tend to recognize people by the way they move before their face.
But more than anything, my work is about helping others find freedom from their past. I’ve worked with hundreds of survivors — and I’ve seen what happens when people stop hiding from their story and start living in alignment with it.
