Where this comes from.
The songs, the writing, the dance — all of it points back to something neither science nor mysticism has fully named: the place thoughts and insight seem to arrive from, before they're thought. Most people experience it and call it inspiration, or a stroke of genius, without examining it further.

Dance
Dance.
Dance came before the frameworks and before the books. It is where the understanding of expression was first discovered — that transformation begins in the body, not the mind alone. That you cannot express what you have not first oriented toward. That emotion performed is different from emotion accessed.
The coaching and masterclasses are the professional expression of what dance means personally. The form of teaching that is possible only because the personal understanding came first and went deep.
